While it is true that Clarifai offers visual search technologies, and more specifically face search technologies that work very well, these tools are in no-way intended to scour the entire internet to search for images of specific people.
Clarifai's Face recognition technology is specifically designed to serve organizations that are using face recognition to build a targeted solution for their specific use case. You can only search, label and train models based on images in your own application.
